When should I place my order?
The sooner the better! Ideally, two to three weeks notice is preferred, however we may be able to accommodate your order on short notice.
How much do custom cakes cost?
Custom cake prices are dependent on multiple factors such as designs, serving size, flavors etc. Please click the 'get a quote' button and we'll be happy to provide pricing for your custom order!
How to confirm an order?
We do require a non refundable 50% deposit to secure your order. Once that is received, you will be sent an order confirmation along with a detailed invoice. We accept payment through cash, Zelle and Venmo.
Do you offer nut free, gluten free or vegan cake?
We offer gluten, nut and lactose free cakes for intolerances only. Our kitchen is used for orders that contain gluten, dairy and nuts, therefore cross contamination may occur despite thorough sanitation efforts. Unfortunately we do not offer vegan cakes at this time.
Cancellation policy?
If your event is cancelled or postponed, we may be able to convert the deposit into a credit for future use.
Changes to my order?
If you need to make a change to your order, please notify us within seven days of your event date. If ingredients/materials have already been made or purchased, changes will not be accepted.
